Cornerstone Park and Railroad Lake

You may call me a slow learner. But, there are only 24 hours in each day. Like most people I need to sleep some of those hours to give me the ability to work during the rest of those hours. But, because I must get that rest I find that I only have a limited number of hours that I am able to dedicate to the many projects that I am working on. And, I now find it time to call a halt to the craziness of trying to work on too many projects. I cannot work on my photography, my photography web site, all of my blogs, all of my networking site, and still have time to do the same for my music projects. Therefore, I will continue to post to this blog, but I will not worry about writing articles for my post. I will simply write short quips about where I have been and what I have done with my photography. Sometimes and somewhere along the line maybe I can write articles too. But, not today. So, here are a few shots from my latest outing.

Cornerstone Park, Henderson, Nevada is one of my most recent outings. I have now been there three times. This park is a destination park for many Henderson community events. It is a beautiful park. It is a large park with paved trails to walk and explore. There is also easy access to the shore line of Railroad Lake, the most outstanding feature of the park. I know that as long as I am able to live in the Las Vegas Valley that Cornerstone Park will be a frequent destination for me.  I shall return, and often. You can expect more posting about Cornerstone Park in the future.

All of these photos were taken from the western side of Railroad Lake. There is a paved trail that circles the lake. I shall walk that trail in the near future.
