It would be nice if I had something good to write about today. But, at least things are not all that bad either. The fact is I am still on a walking regimen. I walk from 2 to 6 miles each day. I probably average close to 3 miles each day. Plus, I work with weights about 20 to 30 minutes each day. The bummer is that my lung capacity does not seem to want to increase, and this makes it rough to extend my workouts. But, I choose to be smart about this. I would rather stick with what I am doing than try to go too far and too fast. That would destroy the progress that I have made.
When I started this blog I was hopping to turn it into a commercial enterprise for fitness freaks. Well, that is still in my plans. However, I have far too much on my schedule to work on this, or any of my other blogs.
